Click on Parent/Guardian Portal on the left menu. You will see all orders you've made as a parent/guardian in the past. To add learners to a particular membership, course, etc., click on the three dots under Action on the right side. Then, click View Details.


Don't forget to add yourself! You need to be able to access the course and community to provide the feedback required to be part of this program.

Profile

You'll find several other sections in your account, starting with Profile. Add as much or as little information as you wish. This is also where you can update your profile picture and add a cover image.
Classes

This is where you'll find every class or course that you purchase or are given as part of the beta program. They are also listed on your dashboard page.
Communities

This is where you'll find every community that you purchase or are given as part of the beta program. Here, you can communicate with the Love of Learning team and interact with other parents/guardians. Your learners are welcome to join, too! All communities are private and actively moderated.
Coins

Many actions on Love of Learning, such as completing a lesson or quiz, reward you with points. Every 100 points earns 1 coin, each of which is worth $1. Once you have coins, you can use them to purchase paid products.
Notification Settings

Love of Learning's software will send you only the emails you elect to receive, but the default is to send them all! So, take the time to go through both the System Emails and Community Emails.
Check your email. You should have received your username, password, and a link to your dashboard. Once you login, here's what you'll see on your dashboard. Please note that every section, other than the Parent/Guardian Dashboard and Billing information, is available within your learners' accounts, too.
Once you're on the management page for the membership, course, etc. you wish to add your learner to, click Add Member. Simply fill in their name, provide an email address (it will have to be unique to them), and a temporary password. This information will be emailed to them, so they can update their password upon their first login if necessary. If you need more learners than you originally signed up, the Buy Seats button will charge you, so please email [email protected] to make the request instead.
